200-250TPH Granite Sand Making Production Line

Put less than 210mm stones into vibrating feeder which can feed stones evenly in CS high-efficiency spring cone crusher as primary crusher. Then crushed stones are sent in scalping screen to screen out less than 40mm into VSI5X crusher (sand making machine) and more than 40mm stones return cone crusher for re-crushing. Eventually, the final materials are put in vibrating screen to grade and screen then go to finished stockpile by belt conveyor.
Notice: Below 40-300mm of stones directly enter sand making machine instead of primary crusher.
