Coal Processing
The hardness of coal is usually 1-4. In order to boost coal efficiency, coal need to be processed and crushed into different sizes, usually including 0 ~ 5 mm, 10 ~ 25 mm and 25 ~ 50 mm in grinding mill and crushing machine. So coal processing includes coal crushing and coal milling.
In the coal crushing plant, coal crushing can resize the coal stone so that it can be easily solved and processed. The coal ore can use jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher etc. After the coal has been crushed, we need vibrating screen to grade the coal by size and then transport the coal via belt conveyor.
In the coal grinding plant, coal mill also called coal grinder is used in coal ore industry, such as ball mill, vertical coal mill. These mills are sized from 2 t/h to 30 TPH for wet grinding and from 0.5 t/h to 30 TPH for dry grinding. Vertical coal mill is used to grind coal which capacity is 10-50 tph and the fineness is below 15%.
