Ore Crushing Process
Primary crusher: jaw crusher;
Secondary crusher: impact crusher;
Fineness crusher: cone crusher;
Feeding equipment: vibrating feeder;
Transferring equipment: conveyor belt.
Ore is a mineral aggregate and must be processed to extract the metals of interest from the waste rock and from the ore minerals. The common ores are chrome, bornite, phosphorite, iron ore, manganese, copper.
Commonly, the complete ore crushing plant consists of crushing machine and other major equipment, such as vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. The primary crusher reduces ore from the initial size to 8-inches or less. That material goes to the primary stock pile directly. Big raw ores are feed to the jaw crusher evenly for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the material will be transferred to other crushers by belt conveyor for secondary crushing(impact crusher or cone crusher), then finally, the crushed materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. If the final size is not subjected to your standard, grinding machine can be added.
